*All teams MUST check into Tournament headquarters on FRIDAY - Ontario teams if you are using an OWHA Pickup COnsent Form you MUST check your team in at HQ Before your first game. 

*ALL Players and staff must now sign a waiver found in the document section. Each team will bring their entire teams signed waivers before their first game.

Our goal annually is to Offer a 50-50 split on USA + Canadian teams. However, this is not always possible in every age division.

At this time feel free to register your team disregard any popups regarding divisions not available we will adjust before accepting teams.

All USA team please use your normal "U" - Division and Tier 1 or Tier 2 when registering. Please Note MIDGET A Ontario teams play under the U19-Tier 2 division as that is the only division NAME Available under USA Hockey to categorize the teams, you are NOT Competing with U19 it is a Division name only.

We also try to ensure the blend of Ontario teams that we accept either from the North, South, East, West or Central. We attempt to make it so that teams competing in the Lower Lakes Female Hockey League are not placed into a division with teams from their LLFHL loop

Need a Spot only USA teams are secured and immediately accepted ALL Ontario and other provincial teams are not guaranteed a spot based on paragraph above however please register to get into the system....Questions? Email at info@sportacularevent.com

TIER 1 AND TIER 2 BRACKETS (TEAMS WILL BE PLACED INTO THE APPROPRIATE BRACKETS 

$1299.00 USA Dollars ~ FOUR Game Guarantee Paid in USA Dollars with Credit Card Payment Option available once accepted

ALL Games are 12-12-12 Minute Periods, with the exception of the U14 T1 - U16 T1 - U19 T1 as they will play 15-15-15 games

Compete against top level teams from the US and Canada. 

Last year included teams from Toronto, Colorado, Chicago, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Michigan, North Carolina, Wisconsin and more.

Tournament games played in the state-of-the-art RMU Island Sports Center, home of the D-1 RMU Colonials; The New practice facility for the Pittsburgh Penguins UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex located in Warrendale as well the Warrendale Bladerunners rinks.

 

All ONTARIO & CANADIAN teams must be prepared to play starting Friday morning *8am unless otherwise approved by Tournament Director.

All teams guaranteed FOUR games Min Many will have FIVE - SIX games possible for some divisions

 

 

 

All Players must wear protective equipment according to their governing body’s rules. Ontario Teams will wear their BNQ Neck Guards – USA teams will wear their mouth guards

All Sunday games (Finals and Consolations) played to a WINNER (including OT and Shootout!)

REMINDER TOURNAMENT HEADQUARTERS IS UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex All Team Managers must drop by on Friday with teams Official Rosters and any player pickup forms and roster adjustments

REMINDER All Teams provide 1 Adult in the Penalty Box for all games
