Opened in 1976, the Glen Abbey Golf Course has become one of Canada’s most prestigious courses ever to be played on. Designed by Jack Nicklaus himself, the course has played host to 25 Canadian Open Championships and is currently home to both the Royal Canadian Golf Association and the Canadian Golf Hall of Fame. The course continues to be well known for its beautiful greens, impeccable landscape, and most importantly for Tiger Woods’ 218 yards stroke on the 18th hole in the final round of the 2000 Canadian Open that inevitably won him the tournament.
