ALL PLAYERS MUST be formally registered to an Official OWHA HOUSELEAGUE TEAM within the SAME Association to qualify. Associations which allow their Competitive players to play both House League and Competitive are acceptable as per the OWHA Handbook under RULE 2 - D - #3 Which identifies Association Teams and the definitions.
